Building company ROK PLC (ROK.LN) Tuesday said it has sealed a contract that will allow it to handle half the buildings repair claims of Tesco Underwriting, the insurance division of supermarket chain Tesco PLC (TSCO.LN).

In a brief statement, Rok said it has been selected by Ageas Insurance Ltd. and Tesco bank's new insurance company to provide building repair, claims management and validation services to Tesco Underwriting's home insurance customers.

Rok said it will partner with Ageas and Tesco Underwriting to deliver a customer-focused, cost managed, quality repair service to ensure that insured damage is reinstated promptly and efficiently.

No financial details were provided.
