                             INVESTORS SITE VISIT


Rotork is today hosting a meeting of fund managers at its Bath (England)
plant.

The presentations to be made are:


  * An introduction to the business and a restatement of the Company's
    strategy;

  * A review of the Fluid Power business, its market and the Company's
    approach to it;

  * A view of the Company's sales and marketing (focusing on the procedural
    approach that the business takes to this); and

  * A product review by the R&D Director of the evolution of our products.



No new trading information will be given.
