Board Changes
The Company announces that Duncan Soukup, Peter Redmond and Robert Porter have
today been appointed directors of the Company.
A brief biography of each of the new directors is set out below.
C. Duncan Soukup, Executive Chairman
Mr Soukup has 30 years of investment experience and has served on the boards of
numerous public companies. Mr Soukup is the founding shareholder and Chairman of
Thalassa Holdings Ltd, an AIM listed company.
Peter Redmond, Non-executive Director
Mr Redmond has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and venture
capital and is Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Capital Limited. He has been
active in reconstructing a number of AIM companies as investing companies in
recent years and each of these have since successfully acquired or established
operating businesses.
Robert Porter, Non-executive Director
Mr Porter is a qualified accountant with over 17 years of international
investment and private banking experience. Since 2000 he has served on the
boards of a number of AIM listed and private companies in the manufacturing, TMT
and marketing consultancy sectors and is also a non-executive director of
Optimisa plc.
Following the appointments noted above, and subsequent to the board changes
announced earlier today, the board of the Company now comprises:-
Duncan Soukup, Peter Redmond, Robert Porter and Timothy Hunstad;
The disclosures required to be made under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of
the new directors are set out at the end of this notification.
Change of Registered Office
The Board announces that the address of the Company's registered office has
