Further to the announcement made by the Company 13 May 2010 the board confirms 
that Timothy Hunstad resigned on 1 June 2010 as a director of the Company. 
 
The announcement of 13 May 2010 referred to a contractual payment to be paid to 
Mr Hunstad on 2 June 2010. The Company has advised Mr Hunstad that it considers 
that at least part of this payment may have been made in breach of section 215 
of the Companies Act 2010 and has served a notice on him requesting that he 
provide an undertaking to the Company to hold any sums received under the 
Contractual Payment on trust for the Company until the full facts surrounding 
the payment can be reviewed.
