Notice of Annual General Meeting
RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 1(st) Floor Royal
Chambers, St Julian's Avenue St Peter Port, Guernsey on 21 June
2023 at 2pm BST. The Notice of AGM was dispatched to all
shareholders on 31 May 2023.
A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism The Notice
of AGM may also be viewed on the Company's website at
https://www.rtwfunds.com/venture-fund/ .
The Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year
ended 31 December 2022 (the "Annual Report") is also available on
the Company's website https://www.rtwfunds.com/venture-fund/ at and
on the National Storage Mechanism at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
You will not have received a hard copy proxy form for the AGM in
the post. You can instead submit your proxy vote electronically by
accessing the shareholder portal at www.signalshares.com , logging
in and selecting the 'Vote Online Now' link. Full details of how to
vote are set out in the Notes to the Notice of Meeting. Please
submit your proxy vote so as to reach the Company's registrar as
soon as possible and in any event no later than 2pm BST on 19 June
2023 or, if you are a CREST member, by using the service provided
by Euroclear. The completion of the form of proxy will not preclude
a member from attending and voting in person at the meeting if it
is so allowed.
If any shareholder has questions related to the business of the
AGM, please submit your queries to RTWVentureFund@rtwfunds.com by
2pm BST on 19 June 2023. We will endeavour to answer every
shareholder question and responses will be posted on the Company's
website after the AGM.
