Sceptre Leisure plc 
("Sceptre" or "the Group") 
New GBP6.5 million banking facility 
Sceptre Leisure plc is pleased to announce that it has agreed a GBP6 million 
revolving credit facility and GBP0.5m overdraft with Lloyds Banking Group. These 
facilities replace an existing GBP3m overdraft, which was due to expire on 31 
December 2009. 
In the 6 months to 31 October, Sceptre significantly reduced its net debt from 
GBP19.3m to GBP16.7m with gearing falling to 135%, well below normal levels for 
this type of business. 
The new facilities will increase the Group's financial flexibility and allow it 
to further satisfy demand, take advantage of the continued opportunities in its 
market place and grow its estate of gaming machines.
