Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") announces that Jefferies Hoare Govett, a division of Jefferies International Limited, has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. This follows the completion of the transfer of the broking business of RBS Hoare Govett Limited to Jefferies International Limited.
