As a result of a procedural error when agreeing the termination
of his employment, which was announced on 29 August 2023, John
Yuncza, previously President of the Company, remains a Director of
the Company at this time. As a consequence the Company is required
to announce that on 1 September 2023 and 5 September 2023 Mr Yuncza
sold a total of 99,676 ordinary shares in the Company at an average
price of 280 pence per share. As a result of the above transaction
, Mr. Yuncza's residual shareholding is 65,000 ordinary shares in
the Company.
Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and
Broker, finnCap Ltd, has now changed its name to Cavendish Capital
Markets Ltd.
