SPAZIO INVESTMENT N.V. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM 
 
 
Amsterdam, 28 April 2009 - Spazio Investment N.V. announces that at the Annual 
General Meeting held today, all resolutions were passed. 
 
 
Spazio's shareholders approved not to pay a final dividend for the six months 
ended 31 December 2008. In October 2008 Spazio paid an interim dividend of Euro 
0.59 per share, representing total dividend payments for the year ended 31 
December 2008.
