                                 BOARD CHANGES

Superscape Group plc (LSE:SPS), a leading publisher of innovative 2D and 3D
games for mobile phones, announces the appointment of two new Board members.
With effect from 1 November 2006 Dave Goodman will be appointed as an executive
director and Chief Financial Officer, whilst with immediate effect Tom Frangione
is appointed as a non-executive director.

Mr. Goodman, who has a degree in political science and an MBA in Finance and
Accounting, will be based at Superscape's offices in San Clemente, California,
USA. He has extensive international experience in finance, strategy, operations,
planning and information technology, and has worked in several different
industries including internet technology, specialty retail, entertainment and
media. Most recently he served as the Senior Vice President and International
Finance Director of Christie's, the international auction house. Mr Goodman was
previously the Chief Financial Officer of Franklin Health/PersonalPath Systems
Inc and Bloomberg LP, and was also Senior Vice President and Controller of
PolyGram Entertainment and Vice President of Operations, Planning and
Administration of Sony Music Entertainment. Mr. Goodman began his career with
PricewaterhouseCoopers.

With immediate effect, Tom Frangione joins the Board as a non-executive
director.

He has considerable experience of the wireless sector, having co-founded
Telephia Inc, the leading research organisation for companies working in the
mobile environment. In previous years, he was Senior Vice President of
Entertainment at Mindscape and with Pearson plc, responsible for an area of
their online games operation. He spent several years at global consulting
corporation, McKinsey, in a variety of roles. Until recently Mr. Frangione was
'Entrepreneur in Residence' at Greylock Partners, San Mateo, California and has
founded Simply Continuous where he will serve as CEO.
