                                Grant of Options



Superscape today announces that 1,500,000 options over ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ("Share Options") have been granted to Dave Goodman, who
will be joining the board of the company with effect from 1 November 2006, at an
exercise price of 15.25p per share. These Share Options have been awarded under
the 1999 Performance Related Stock Incentive Plan and are exercisable, subject
to achievement of the performance conditions (details of which are available in
the company's Annual Report and Accounts), between 20 October 2007 and 20
October 2016.


Following the award of these Share Options, Dave Goodman holds unexercised Share
Options over 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
approximately 0.83 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
