The Company announces that Mr Martin Riley, the Company's Chairman, has sold 
176,000 Subscription 1p Shares in the Company: 
 
Mr Riley's total holding in the Subscription Shares of the Company now stands 
at 53,915 Subscription Shares, representing 0.91% of the issued class of 
capital. 
 
Following a reclassification of Mr Riley's total holding in the Company, on the 
basis that his children are no longer defined as connected persons, his 
interest in the Ordinary 10p Shares of the Company now stands at 1,014,446 
Ordinary Shares, representing 3.46% of the issued class of capital. 
 
Mr Martin Riley's interests in the securities of the Company are now as
