Cancellation of shares

SRG has cancelled 97,424 ordinary shares of 20 pence each under section 662 of the Companies Act 2006. The shares had been issued to a nominee company approximately 10 years ago in consideration for the assignment of an asset to the Company but have never been claimed.

Following the cancellation of shares the issued share capital of the Company is now 19,328 900 ordinary shares. The Company has no shares in treasury. Therefore the figure of 19,328,900 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in SRG to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
