                              Director's Dealing

The Company received notification on 23 December 2014 that David Holme,
Non-Executive Director, sold 207,894 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") for 44 pence per share on 23 December 2014 and sold 15,000
Ordinary Shares at 42.5 pence per share on 19 December 2014. Following this
sale, Mr Holme is interested in approximately 0.2% of the Company's total
issued ordinary share capital.
