StepStone ASA - Delisting from Official List of the UKLA 
 
 
21 December 2009, London - Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 
14 December 2009 in Oslo, The Board of StepStone ASA ("StepStone" or "the 
Company") applied to both the Oslo Børs and the UK Listing Authority for 
de-listing of its securities as a result of the acquisition of all outstanding 
StepStone shares by Axel Springer AG. 
 
 
The Board can now confirm that the secondary listing of Depository Interests 
over ordinary shares of the Company will be delisted from the Official List of 
the UK Listing Authority at 08.00 on 18 January 2010. This follows the delisting 
of StepStone shares on the Oslo Børs which took place on 17 December 2009.
