    Strontium Plc (the "Company")

Issue of equity / Directors dealing

The board of the Company announce that it has placed 2,625,000 new ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 24 pence per share raising �630,000 before
expenses.

A warrant to subscribe for one new ordinary share in the Company for every four
new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the above issue of equity has also been
granted. The warrants will not be admitted to trading on AIM. The warrant is
exercisable until the first anniversary of issue at an exercise price of 30
pence per share.

The net placing proceeds will be used by the Company to fund potential future
acquisitions and provide the Company with further working capital.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on Aim. Trading is expected to commence on or around 27 November 2007. The new
ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Following the issue of equity above the issued share capital comprise
11,737,035 ordinary shares of 2 pence per shares.

In addition to the directors notification set out below the following persons
will have a notifiable interest in the Company:-

Michael Metcalfe and David Barker, both directors of the Company have
participated in the above placing at 24 pence per share as set out in the table
