                                  ACQUISITION                                  

The board of Strontium, the AIM-listed professional services provider,
announces today the acquisition of The Learning Eye Ltd. ("TLE"), a UK based
management agency which delivers customised training and consulting services
primarily focused on the automotive sector.

HIGHLIGHTS

  * Strontium to acquire TLE for an initial consideration of �1,000,000 of
    which �600,000 is payable in cash on completion and the balance of �400,000
    is by way of allotment of 1,632,653 ordinary shares at a price of 24.5
    pence per share;
   
  * A potential further profit related three year earn out payment of up to �
    1,450,000 to be satisfied in shares and cash;
   
  * This acquisition emphasises the Company's ongoing acquisition strategy to
    build a symbiotic network of independent professional services businesses;
   
  * TLE's clients include world renowned companies such as Toyota, Lexus, BMW,
    MINI, Nissan and QinetiQ;
   
  * TLE offers services ranging from event based learning programmes, product
    launches, management training and conferences.
   
TLE was started by Managing Director Ian Seggar in June 2000 and is based in
Gloucestershire. In the year to 30 June 2007, TLE recorded profits after tax of
�264,101 with a turnover of �1,057,831. TLE has a total of eight staff, all of
whom will remain with the business.

Under the terms of the agreement the consideration will be satisfied by a cash
payment on completion of �600,000 together with the allotment of 1,632,653
ordinary shares at 24.5 pence per share for the entire issued share capital of
TLE. The Company has also agreed a further earn out payment of up to �1,450,000
based on profits for the period to March 2011. The earn out payment will be
made in shares and cash in such proportions that the total payment will be 50%
cash and 50% shares.

Application will today been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 1,632,653
new ordinary shares to commence trading on AIM. Trading in the new shares is
expected to commence on or around 14 March 2008. The new ordinary shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Subsequent to the above issue of equity the enlarged issued share capital of
the Company will amount to 13,369,688 ordinary shares of 2 pence each.
