Announcement in respect of disposal 
 
 
The Company announces today that in line with its stated strategy it has 
completed the sale of its interests in Newnova Group Limited and its 
subsidiaries ("Newnova"). 
 
 
Under this agreement the Company has disposed of its residual secured loan and 
convertible loan stock interests in Newnova for cash consideration of 
GBP371,358. 
 
 
The disposal will enable the Company to repay its outstanding bank debt in full.
