ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2009 
Further to the announcement of its preliminary results on 25 September 2009, 
Strathdon Investments plc ("the Company") has published its Annual Report and 
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 ("the Annual Report and Accounts") 
which was posted to Shareholders on 25 September 2009. 
The Annual Report and Accounts also contains a notice convening an Annual 
General Meeting of the Company on 19 October 2009 to be held at the offices of

2009 at 11.30am.
