Strathdon Investments plc, (AIM: STV) has been notified that, on 30 December 2011, Panos Loizou, a Director of the Company, transferred 3,700,000 Ordinary Shares from a Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP") to a new SIPP. Following this transfer, Panos Loizou's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 9,123,064 Ordinary Shares representing 8.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
