SubSea Resources plc ("SubSea" or the "Company") announces that all the
resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting yesterday were passed on a show of
hands.

The following table gives details of the proxy votes lodged with SubSea's
registrars as at 29 October 2007. In total, there were 47,235,681 ordinary
shares in respect of which proxy appointments were validly made.
