("Company" or "SVC3")

Last day of dealings

The Directors of SPARK VCT 3 plc announce that they have requested a suspension
of the Company's ordinary 1 penny shares (International Securities
Identification Number GB0031102071) from the Official List effective from 7.30
a.m. on 26 November 2008.

This suspension has been requested pending court approval of the scheme of
arrangement between the Company and SPARK VCT 2 plc (the "Scheme"), which
received shareholder approval from both companies on 12 November 2008. The
court hearing to sanction the Scheme is on 26 November 2008. The Scheme is
expected to become effective on 27 November 2008, following the issue of the
Certificate of Registration of Order and Minute by Companies House.

The new ordinary 1 penny shares in SPARK VCT 2 plc are expected to be admitted
to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market
for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. on 27 November 2008. Application will be
made to cancel the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Official
List as of 8.00 a.m. on 27 November 2008.
