Share buy-back:

Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited ("the Company")
announces that it has today bought 1,047,240 of its own redeemable
preference shares in the market at 97p per share.

Voting Rights and Share Capital:

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional
provision 6, the Company notifies the market of the following:

The Company's share capital consists of 22,836,717 ordinary shares
and 8,115,960 redeemable preference shares. Both classes of shares
have voting rights.  The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominators for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.  This announcement
supersedes that previously made in connection with transitional
provision 6.
