Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 27 October 2004 regarding the proposed
acquisition of the Alterra Interests in London Luton, TBI is pleased to announce
that the resolution to approve the Acquisition has been passed at the
Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today.


The Acquisition is expected to complete later today.


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for trading and the UK
Listing Authority for admission to the Official List of 14,925,372 TBI Ordinary
Shares of 10p being issued in relation to the Acquisition.  Admission to the
Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange are expected on 3
December 2004.


Terms defined in the announcement dated 27 October 2004 have the same meaning in
this announcement.
