                          Offer discussions terminated


Further to the announcement made on 8 November 2007 stating that the Board of
Tersus was in discussions with a third party for a potential offer for the
Company, the Board of Tersus announces that all offer discussions have now
ceased. As a consequence, Tersus is no longer in an offer period.


On 28 September 2007 the Company announced its interim results for the six
months to 30 June 2007. As part of that announcement, the Company stated that it
would require additional finance in the short term. The Company's directors
continue to explore a number of avenues to access additional capital.
