Thalassa received notification on 7 June 2013 that on 3 June
2013, Westland GeoProjects (Holdings) Limited, a company controlled
by John Duncan, a former director of the Company and the founder of
WGP, disposed of 898,093 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the
Company at a price of 120 pence per share.
As a result, Mr Duncan no longer has a disclosable interest in
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

seismic operations. The corporate strategy for the Group is

The PMSS(TM) generates a seismic source for use in seismic
acquisition for use in petroleum exploration and production. The
equipment is temporarily installed on the back of a platform supply
vessel for the purposes of acquiring data.
