                  TEESLAND DIRECTORS APPOINTED TO SCAMP BOARDS


SCAMP Holdings Limited ("SCAMP") announces today the appointment of a number of
Teesland plc ("Teesland") directors as non-executive directors to the boards of
subsidiary companies of SCAMP, with immediate effect.

Mickola Wilson, Chief Executive of Teesland, has been appointed a non-executive
director of Scarborough Property Holdings Plc.

Marcus Shepherd, Finance Director of Teesland, has been appointed a
non-executive director of Scarborough Property Holdings Plc.

Paul Oliver, Chief Investment Officer (UK) of Teesland, has been appointed a
non-executive director of Scarborough Development Group plc.

David Seddon, Chief Investment Officer (Europe) of Teesland, has been appointed
a non-executive director of Scarborough Continental Partners Limited, the
Scarborough group's joint venture with Bank of Scotland Corporate Europe, which
has real estate holdings of over Euro720 million (#480 million).

None of the above appointments are remunerated or incentivised.
