The Market Age is pleased to announce the appointment of Albert Maasland as a
non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 17 June 2002.  His
appointment will strengthen the representation of independent Directors on the
Board.  Albert Maasland is aged 42 and was formerly global head of marketing for
the wholesale and investment banking division of Deutsch Bank.  In April 2002 he
was appointed global head of marketing to Cognotec Limited, an Irish-based
multinational IT company providing wholesale trading e-commerce systems to
banks.  He is also a director of the following private companies: Cognotec
Limited (Irish), Belfast Giants Limited, Eagles Hockey Limited, Ice Hockey
Enterprises Limited and Select Garden and Pet Centre Limited.

There are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to Schedule 2 paragraph
(f) of the AIM rules.
