Shareholders are advised that with effect from 1 June 2009, the 
Company's assets will be allocated in the following approximate 
proportions to the relevant sub-trusts of Marshall Wace TOPS Trust:

The investment objective of each of Sub-Trust A (Opportunistic) and 
Sub-Trust B (Fundamental) is the same as that of Sub-Trust C 
(Opportunistic - hedged) and Sub-Trust D (Fundamental - hedged). 
 
The investment objective of Sub-Trust H (Balanced Europe) is to 
provide investors with consistent absolute returns primarily through 
investing and trading in global equities.  Currently, however, the 
primary focus of this Sub-Trust is the equities of European Companies
