In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

TRIO FINANCE LIMITED's capital consists of 10,000,000 ordinary shares with
voting rights. TRIO FINANCE LIMITED holds 0 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in TRIO FINANCE LIMITED is
10,000,000.

The above figure (10,000,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TRIO FINANCE LIMITED under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
