We refer to the company announcements in respect of the ETC Securities dated 14 April 2022 and 22 April 2022 whereby the Issuer notified you that Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Limited (acting in its capacity as Administrator) had determined that the resignation of Global Palladium Fund, L.P. from its role as metals counterparty under the Elementum Physical Metal ETC Securities Programme (the "Programme") with effect from 6pm Swiss time on 22 April 2022 constituted a disruption event for the purposes of Condition 8(a)(ii) (Service Provider Disruption) of the ETC Securities (the "Disruption Event").

The Issuer also notified you that it was obliged to prepare a supplement to the base prospectus of the Programme.

The Issuer hereby notifies you that NTree International Limited has been appointed as metals counterparty under the Programme as of 9 August 2022. Accordingly, the Issuer hereby gives notice that requests for the subscription and/or buy-back of the ETC Securities will resume on or around 15 August 2022.

Further, the supplement to the base prospectus to the Programme was published on 9 August 2022. Accordingly, it will be requested that secondary market trading of the ETC Securities on Borsa Italiana and Deutsche Börse be resumed on or around 15 August 2022.
