Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

The board announces that on 28 July 2008 a circular was posted to shareholders
convening an EGM of the Company on Wednesday 10 September 2008 at 9:30 am to be
held at the offices of Wilsons, 42-44 Chipper Lane, Salisbury SP1 1BG.

The purpose of the EGM is to consider whether any, and if so what, steps should
be taken following placing the subsidiary TurfTrax Racing Data Ltd into
Administration which has caused the Company's net assets to be half or less
than half of its share capital, pursuant to the provisions of s142 of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended).
