Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI) announces that it received notification on 5 April 2012 that Richard Green, CEO of the Company, purchased 4,326 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 212.5p per share from the R T Green Children's Settlement, an entity controlled and beneficially owned by Mr Green. The purchase took place on 5 April 2012.

Following the transaction, due to no change in beneficial ownership, Mr Green's resultant interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company remains at 1,543,011 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company, whilst his directly held interest increases by 4,326 ordinary shares.
