            United Clearing Plc ("United Clearing" or "the Company")

                               Directors Dealings

United Clearing, the provider of support services to the cellular industry, has
been notified today by Kirit Ruparelia, Managing Director, that, for taxation
purposes, he has today sold to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP")
25,236 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 110 pence per
share.  Mr Ruparelia's interests in the share capital of the Company notifiable
under Sections 198-208 and 324-328 Companies Act 1985 (being 1,635,240 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 9.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company) remain unchanged.
