  Fortune Valley Resources Inc. and Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc. Announce Court Approval of Plan of Arrangement 

  Fortune Valley Resources Inc. (TSX-V: FVX) and Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: UME; LSE:UGY) are pleased to announce that the BC Supreme Court has approved the proposed Plan of Arrangement previously announced by the two companies and approved on December 29th by the Fortune Valley securityholders. 

  Fortune Valley and Uruguay Mineral anticipate that the completion of the Plan of Arrangement will take place by the middle of next week. Completion of the Plan of Arrangement is subject to, among other things, the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
