                               Additional Listing



Application has been made to AIM for admission of 9,500 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ("Shares").  These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted on pursuant to
the exercise of options.



Admission is expected to become effective on 27 December 2006.
