Victoria P.L.C - Notifiable Interest

The   Company  has  today  been  notified  that  Georgina
Hamilton  Anton and Francesca Fraser Anton are  now  each
interested  in  284,375 Ordinary shares  in  the  Company
representing  in  each case 4.1 per cent  of  the  issued
share   capital   of  the  Company.   The   shares   were
transferred  to  Georgina Hamilton  Anton  and  Francesca
Fraser  Anton  by  way of distribution from  an  existing
Anton family trust.
