Vividas, the video streaming technology company, announces that it has accepted
the resignation of Mr Angelo Cortese as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of
Vividas with immediate effect. This follows Mr Cortese's resignation as a
director of JHG Investments Models SLU, the holder of 25.72% of the issued
ordinary shares of Vividas.
