Verdant Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that at the EGM of the Company
held earlier today all resolutions were passed.



                         Cancellation of Trading on AIM



As a result of the passing of the Resolutions at the EGM, cancellation of the
admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will occur on 12
February 2008 and will be effected by a dealing notice being issued at 7.00am.
