Centrica Resources (CNA.LN), an integrated energy company, has now requested that Venture Production (VPC.LN) applies to the U.K. Listing Authority for the cancellation of the listing of Shares on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of admission to trading of Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

MAIN FACTS:

- A notice period of not less than 20 business days prior to Delisting and Cancellation will commence on September 4, being the day after the date of the Announcement.

-It is intended that Delisting and Cancellation will take effect on or shortly after 0700 GMT on October 2.
