Application for Admission

Valiant announces that in anticipation of the vesting of awards to certain employees and Directors under Valiant's LTIP scheme application has been made for admission of 47,497 Ordinary shares of 2.555556 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to trading on the AIM market operated by the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). These Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on 10 April 2013.
