YourDay, Inc. Petition for Chapter 11 
 
 
The Company announces that on 7 October 2009, YourDay, Inc., a company in which 
VSH has a 74 per cent interest, filed a voluntary bankruptcy petition in the 
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts for relief 
under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code in the case In re: 
YourDay, Inc., Case No. 09-19581. On 14 October 2009 YourDay, Inc. 
filed, Defendant and Counterclaimant YourDay, Inc. Suggestion of Bankruptcy, in 
the Essex Superior Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts which, as 
announced on 29 September 2009, is the court that certain petitioners have filed 
an Emergency Motion to Renew the Appointment of a Receiver.  The effect of 
filing the motion in this Court is that the petitioner's claim is automatically 
stayed in accordance with Section 362 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. 
 
 
YourDay UK Limited, the trading subsidiary of YourDay, Inc., is not included in 
the Chapter 11 filing and will continue to trade. 
 
 
The board of directors of YourDay, Inc. authorised the filing of the Chapter 11 
petition in order to protect its assets and seek to maximise shareholder value.
