Results of general meetings 
 
 
At the general meeting of the shareholders of the Company and the general 
meeting of the holders of preference shares in the Company, both of which were 
held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed, including the resolution to 
remove the requirement for the Company to have an authorised share capital, to 
grant the Directors authorities to issue new ordinary shares and to disapply the 
pre-emption rights imposed under the  Companies Act 2006, to change the 
Company's name to Advanced Leisure Technologies plc and to make certain 
amendments to the articles of association to allow the holders of the preference 
shares to convert their shares into ordinary shares. 
 
 
The Company is currently processing the change of name and a further 
announcement will be made when the change of name has become effective.
