    Grant of options

    Vycon, Inc ("the Company") announces that on June 16, 2008 its Chief Financial Officer Craig T. Glynn was granted options to subscribe
for 200,000 ordinary shares of $0.0001 each at an exercise price of �0.625. The options were granted under the Company's 2006 Stock Option
Plan and vest 25% on the first anniversary of the grant and thereafter on a monthly basis such that they are fully vested after four years.
