    Exercise of Options and Issue of Shares

    The Company has today issued and allotted 43,208 ordinary shares of $0.0001 each following the exercise of options. Application to the
London Stock Exchange has been made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that
Admission will become effective on 30 July 2008. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.

    Following the issue of these shares the Company has 30,306,053 fully paid ordinary shares in issue.
