Change of Accounting Reference Date 
 
 
Woburn Energy (WBN.L) announces that the accounting reference date of the 
Company has been changed to 31 December (from 30 June) so as to align the 
Company's accounting reference date with the Company's subsidiaries reporting 
dates. 
 
 
The Company's reporting calendar for the next three sets of financial results 
will be as follows: 
 
1.   Unaudited interims for the six months ending 30 June 2009, to be published 
on or before 30 September 2009; 
 
2.   Audited accounts for the 18 month period ending 31 December 2009, to be 
published on or before 30 April 2010; and 
 
3.   Unaudited interims for the six months ended 30 June 2010, to be published 
on or before 30 September 2010.
