Resignation of adviser 
 
 
The Company has been notified that finnCap, the Company's Nominated Adviser for 
the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), has resigned as the 
Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, with immediate effect. 
 
 
The Company is currently in administration and its shares are suspended. If 
Widney fails to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser by 6 May 2009, admission 
of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled in accordance with 
Rule 1 of the AIM Rules.
