AGM Statement & Trading Update 
 
Wogen's Chairman will make the following statement at the Company's AGM on 
12th March 2009: 
 
"Since our Preliminary Announcement on 15th January 2009, 
conditions in the specialty metals markets have not improved. Whilst the speed 
of the decline in prices has abated, business volumes in our markets have 
reduced substantially, in line with the downturn in economic activity around the 
world. As a result of this downturn, turnover has fallen materially and the 
first six months are expected to return a loss. 
 
 The outlook for the rest 
of the year is difficult to predict given the volatility of the pricing and 
trading levels in our markets. In these circumstances, the Board has taken 
measures to cut costs across the business, with a view to improving performance"
