               White Star Property Holdings Plc - Trading Update

White Star Property Holdings Plc (AIM: WSPH) is pleased to announce that
following the announcement on July 17 that it had completed on the purchase of a
development property in Hackbridge for a total consideration of #625,000, the
Company has now completed the disposal of this property for a total
consideration of #700,000, realising a gross profit of #75,000 on the
transaction.
