    White Star Property Holdings plc ("White Star" or the "Company")            30 June 2008

    The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Report and Accounts (the "Accounts") for the year ended 30 September 2007
have  been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website: www.whitestarproperty.com.
    The Accounts contain a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 10am on 29 July 2008 at the offices of Charles
Russell, 8-10 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1RS. Immediately, following the closing of the AGM it is proposed to hold a General Meeting to
consider the serious loss of  capital as required by section 656 of the Companies Act 2006. Additionally, a resolution is to be proposed
regarding the intention of the Directors to dispose of the majority of the Company's remaining assets which, if completed, will result in a
fundamental change of business.
